Install Help

Welcome to IPlay! We're happy to provide the following step-by-step instructions to assist with the installation of the IPlay software. Time for complete installation depends upon the speed of your modem.

	Go to IPlay download page and download the iplay2kc.exe install file.
	Reboot your computer.
	DO NOT reconnect to the Internet.
	Close any programs you have open.
	Before you download , close any anti-virus programs or virus scanners. Also close any download managers (such as Gozilla or GetRight) that are running.
	On your desktop should be a file named iplay2kc.exe , double click on it. Follow the instructions and let it install to the drive and directory it chooses.
	After the installation is completed, reboot your computer.
	Connect to the Internet.
	Double click on the IPlay icon (should be a globe icon).
	IPlay will begin the update process, installing any files your system needs to run the IPlay software.
	When the update is completed, you will be presented with a login box. Click Add Account to create your own IPlay account.
	Create your nickname, using only letters, numbers and the _ underscore symbol. DO NOT start your nickname with a number. The server will not accept it. Your password must be in lower case.
	Be sure you remember your password!
	If it does not accept your nickname, it is because that nickname is already in use. Choose another or change the spelling slightly.
	Once your account is created, click sign on.

This will take you to the New User lobby where a member of the IPlay Hospitality Staff will meet you and give you a tour of the system. Welcome to IPlay!
