Welcome to IPlay Tech Support.  The technical support staff at IPlay is available to help you with any problems that may arise. Our technical support staff is available to provide solutions for problems downloading and installing IPlay, problems playing our games, or for any technical issue that detracts from your enjoyment of the IPlay system.

If you cannot host tables turn off your windows firewall and follow the instructions listed below.

- Go to www.portforward.com
- Click on Forwarding at the top of the page
- Make a note of your ip address next to the red arrow that is right above all the lists of modem/routers makes and models.
- Locate your modem/router make and model and click on it.
- Scroll down and click on iPlay.
- There should then be step by step instructions for your modem/router.
- Be sure that when you are in your settings for the modem/router you put your ip in as the destination ip.
- If you are asked for a source ip use irc.iplay.net
- If it does not show the iplay ports you need to set, you need 4990-4999 for hosting games.
- After completing the set up save your modem/router settings.
